Leadership
Don Panto, PMP® Founder & President
Don Panto is the Founder and President of The Panto Group, LLC and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). He brings more than three decades of experience in county government, behavioral health, managed care, human services administration, and public education leadership.
Prior to founding TPG in 2008, Don served for 24 years in county government leadership roles overseeing aging services, behavioral health, substance use services, and managed care programs. Since then, he has provided consulting and project leadership services to counties, managed care organizations, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and professional associations throughout Pennsylvania.
Don has extensive experience leading statewide technology implementations, strategic planning initiatives, organizational improvement efforts, and proposal development projects. His work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex systems, improve operational performance, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
