The Panto Group, LLC (TPG) was formed by Don Panto in 2008 to be a resource for a market in need of available expertise. As a consulting firm, TPG provides a variety of specialized services to state and county governments, community service providers, managed care organizations involved with Medicaid managed care, and public education administration.
State and county governments are comprised of very specific and detailed public needs and are unlike many other large private enterprises because of their unique operational and financial requirements. These specialized needs require experience and skill to navigate program requirements successfully. Even more specific are the human services programs administered by county governments, and the administrative operations of public education, and operating a local school district.
Don gained deep experience in county operations and human services programs during a 24-year tenure working within county government serving adults, the elderly, and for behavioral health and substance abuse services. He has also served as a School Director and Board Treasurer for his local public school district.
After his retirement from county employment in 2008, Don established TPG and has worked within many Pennsylvania counties, behavioral health managed care organizations, community service providers, and professional associations to provide technical programmatic expertise, project management, and information system implementations.
